Le Villeroy 2008 Sauvignon Blanc
Villeroy vineyards extend on the Mediterranean coast, on the strips of sand between Sète and Agde. This terroir allows the Sauvignon to produce a lively wine, fresh on the mouth and slightly wild, with gentle, vegetal aromas of fern and undergrowth. Served chilled (8 to 10°C), it enhances every meal an is a particularly good pairing with shellfish, seafood, fish and goat cheeses.
