Chiorri Zeffiro

The Azienda Vitivinicola came into being at the end of the 1800’s.In the actual winemaking process no additives or yeasts are used so that the wine in the bottle is a living entity. Harvesting is done by hand using traditional woven baskets. All these attentions to detail have allowed Chiorri to make first class wines which evike the flavours and perfumes of the Umbrian countryside.
